Task
Design Venetian's Gratzie membership platform for members looking to redeem points on unique benefits specific to each membership tier.
Process
As the senior designer on the Venetian account, I led the design of the Venetian membership portal. I was responsible for the UI designs of multiple user flows, low-fidelity prototypes for research, and the resulting style guide and assets.
Result
A membership portal experience for Grazie members that helped Venetian retain and grow their membership base and improve the flow of point redemption across their Venetian assets.
Membership Landing Page
The landing page allows users to explore Grazie Membership benefits before signing in or signing up.
Logged In Landing Page
Once users log into their account, they enter the membership landing page to review their membership tier, membership points and progress, unique offers, and the hosts assigned to them for past and upcoming reservations.
Informational Modal
The informational modal was designed as a pop-out modal instead of a hover-state toast component, as it provided an appropriate area for greater context.
Account Page
A straightforward page that allows members to edit their account details.
Rewards Portal
A page that allows members to browse their reward options. Rewards will be highlighted and ordered based on a mixture of date and past redemptions and the user's unique profile.

A quick way for users to see the reward details without jumping out of the browser and into a reward detail page.

A page that allows members to review and redeem membership award offerings quickly.
